Our editorial standard
Our guides are written and edited for usefulness first. We look for clear, practical information that helps someone decide where to go, what to do, or who to contact.
A business does not need to pay us to be included in editorial coverage. Paying us also does not guarantee a positive review, a #1 ranking, or inclusion in every guide.
Sponsored placements
We may sell featured placements, sponsored articles, event promotion, newsletter sponsorships, or other advertising.
When money changes hands for placement or promotion, we label it clearly with language such as Sponsored, Paid placement, or Partner.
Sponsored businesses still need to be relevant to the page and useful to All Things Bend readers.
Affiliate links and booking commissions
Some pages may eventually include affiliate or booking links. If you click one and make a purchase or reservation, All Things Bend may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not determine the editorial order of a guide unless a placement is separately identified as sponsored.
Local service referrals and quote requests
Our local-service quote tools may connect a reader with one or more relevant Bend-area businesses. All Things Bend may receive a referral, lead, or advertising fee from participating businesses.
We do not promise that every request will receive three matches, and we do not send requests to a giant national lead marketplace simply to maximize the number of responses.
Local deals and discounts

Accuracy and corrections
Hours, prices, menus, event dates, services, and promotions can change. We update time-sensitive guides more often than evergreen content, but readers should still confirm important details with the official business or event source before making a special trip.
